I can tie a square knot and it’s converse, the granny knot.
I have learned others, but like anything else I don’t practice, I forget.

Winter is on it’s way. The 20-30 mph winds with 50 mph gusts that defined yesterday are supposed to abate today. I hope so. But cold and darkness will be here soon enough, no matter how we play with the clock. This is a perfect indoor day activity.
I am looking forward to relearning a skill I first experienced when I was a Girl Scout.
